Nseit — Aadhar exam fee paid successful but payment rejected to nseit

Hello sir I applied aadhar supervisor exam and paid payment and it is successful and your end payment is rejected and I complained email also but no response and contact helpdesk but not connected it is always busy. No response at your end. I paid fees, that money who is responsible.
