I Submitted my application for operator/supervisor in UIDAI through nset with successful payment.but my login dashboard can not show me slot booking and payment history option.

Hello sir I applied aadhar supervisor exam and paid payment and it is successful and your end payment is rejected and I complained email also but no response and contact helpdesk but not connected it is always busy. No response at your end. I paid fees, that money who is responsible....

Hello sir I am applied aadhar supervisor exam and paid exam fees it is successful and amount will be debited and at your end it will be payment rejected. I complain the email but no response and call to helpdesk it's always busy not connected. Please clear the issue. Totally 0% customer support

I am Sudha Kumari(URN LICI[protected]) joined examination dated 10th August 2021, at 14:00 - 15:00, in Bhagalpur centre.

Mouse was out of order. So, I appeared offline and submitted the papers . But I didn't got the result. I would like you to look into this matter. Awaited for your response.

I done my payment on 27th march that covid-19 causes my exam postponed but this time onwords date not confirmed me but new registration are open but two time amount initiated from me.

And also let me know how many months are pending and my loan is associated with l and t finance company

With reference to above here i like to complaint you about disallow me in msme exam on 18/08/18 15:00 hrs at nseit allahabad just because of we reacehed exam centre on 14:55 hrs. And result of this we lost our exam which is not lawfull and ethitical.

After all these thing nseit allahabad’s staf[censored]sed to quote on us and our organisation sbi by saying that “ when we go to your bank you asked to me please make a queeue and when your server was not working you asked us go and come back tomorrow. You are not only in the banking market there are many more. They suggested us that go and refill your examiniation form just like you asked to us in your branch when your system were not working and you asked go and come back tomorrow. I don’t understand if they have issue with sbi then they can complaint to sbi
I think nseit staff have personal issue with sbi or sbi employee as their behaviour shown to us.
The nseit staff has taken personal grudge on this by disallowing us just because we are sbi staff while they quoted that people of sbi should be necessary given such treatment.
Please see to this matter. This is highly unprofessional and degrade the image of iibf.

Further i am raising this issue with the higher authorities of sbi.
