My wife and my son had traded in commodities through NSEL. A scam was detected in NSEL in 2013 and all acitivities stopped. My wife and my son have expired in year 2021 due to Covid. I have been requesting at repayments.[protected]@gmail.com to change the transmit the amount in favour of the legal heirs in these cases so that the deceased persons' accounts can be closed and have submitted all the necessary documents. It has been over 8 months now since I have been following them up. Hard copy of the request letters have also been deposited. But nothing has been done nor is there any response from there.
Request the Ministry to please intervene in the matter and get the matter sorted out at the earliest.
