I am holding 800 and 5600 units of E Silver 999 gms BRI. When I contacted NSEL for physical delivery of E Silver, they asked me to fill Surrender Request Form ( SRF). I submitted the SRF on 13.08.2013 and on 26.08.13 to my surprise I get a reply from NSEL stating that my SRF is rejected as certain details in the form are not given, whereas all the information were provided in the form.Then I again filled and submitted the form as per the satisfaction of NSEL. This time I was told that due to Bombay High Court stay order Physical Delivery of E Silver cannot be done.
Since then I am regularly sending them emails and trying to contact them, for recovery of ESilver but to no avail.
I am a small investor and I have invested large sum of money in ESilver. please tell me how do I recover my money.
