Retired from ntpc on 31/07/2013. My employee no. 097516. Scheme applicable for all employee on roll as on 01/01/2007. I joined in oct 1979 & resigned may 1997 under emp 000411. Rejoined in may 2000 & retired in july 2013. Served for 31 years. Pension denied on the ground, that i have not been served 15 years continiously as per the policy designed by ntpc.in govt of india pf act, gtaruity act the minimum length of service is not specified for retired/ death cases. I have contributed to the scheme since its inception & logically, legally, as per dharma i should get pension under ntpc pension scheme. I can not fight with my own family, i will be greatful if this letter is forwarded to cmd & board of directors for their kindly consideration. Thanking you, ~ spkn subramanian.
