Hello there
I am request i ordered a headphone from the new republic funx 2 the headphone which went bad in 15 days had a warranty of 6 months. I have parceled the company after it went bad, but it has been fooling me for the last 3 month. Customers of the company's customer care service are saying that the parcel cannot be done after the product is right here. Your pin code is unserviceable. Whereas i sent my personal there with this pincode and he has been fooling me for the last 3 month. I also gave another postcode. Still they are not sending the product to main delhi. It has been 2 weeks since the pin code was given. Now when i call the people of the company, they say that go to our official website and go there, it is available offline. Please help me, i am very upset. I have been being fooled for the past 3 month i bought this product from amazon.in.
Please help me get my product.
