Nu Republic Complaints & Reviews

So I purchased the Starboy headphones from NuRepublic on April 26th, 2025 and paid them online. I got a confirmation mail that said the product will be delivered on May 3rd, 2025. It's been 10 days after that and I've still not received my order. I tried contacting them several times through calls and mails but then it was all a no response. I even tried cancelling the order since it was supposed to be a b'day gift for someone and the b'day has passed but then cancellation was also not issued from their part. I hope I get the refund or my product without being fooled.

I claimed for warrenty of my earphone purchased from amazon and it has 1 year warrenty, and in between warrenty period my earphone stop working so i claimed for warrenty and they give me reply regarding it so after that i shipped my earphone to their warehouse, and they got my earphone but now they not responding me regarding my this replacement. i need my earphone back ASAP as now this time online lectures are ongoing so plz do concern regarding my this issue.

I am request i ordered a headphone from the new republic funx 2 the headphone which went bad in 15 days had a warranty of 6 months. I have parceled the company after it went bad, but it has been fooling me for the last 3 month. I ordered headphones from nu republic on 9th of sept and make a online payment, but i didn't get a product yet. I tried calling to company but no picketing up my call. I write many emails about issue but no one replied.
They making online frauds.

I purchased nu republic headphones from amazon under one year warranty.
It was bad product and stopped working within few months.
I sent my product for replacement to alchemie.co: service partner of nu republic
Its been 15 days from my complaint registration. They are not informing the status or returning the product.
