[Resolved]  Nuera Telecom — Charged money and barred services in 9 days

Hello Sir

My name is Ajay, based in Canada, To call back home (India ) I registered my self with Nuera Telecom Company on 26th of May 2014, The sales person Shobhit Sharma and his senior Hari Parshad Charged on my credit card $ 39 + and promised me to registered under a unlimited India calling plan from Canada with $ 20 per month . Though the service was started on the same day but after 9 days on June 4th my account got locked, these guys without any intimation or query stopped my services, and now when I am trying to call company's customer care center[protected] they are not giving any satisfactory answer. As this seems extremely fraudulent and harassing, I request you to take the action against this company so that these people should not cheat others in future and also request you to get my money refunded from these guys.
