I ordered two set of luck bamboo plant in bowl with pebbles on 03/06/2021. Order id is NLV[protected]. I had to pay Rs 677 including Rs 79 delivery charge. Delivery time shown during purchase was 10/06/2021. They wrote I will receive my tracking id via email and facebook messenger. Till now I have got neither any tracking id nor the product itself. When contacted via email or chat box, they don’t even bother to reply properly. Instead they are replying using bot. I think they are running a huge scam. Most interesting fact is that I can not even cancel my order since there is no cancel button. Please do something, so that I get my justice. Please impose huge amount of fine on this company for neglecting e-commerce rule 2020 and take necessary step so that I get refund of my money along with compensation for harassment.
