Respected sir,
I have been cheated by an agent named rajesh pathak, he took money from me saying he will provide joining from gujurat on vessel mv armonia, for which he sended me and 4 other seafarers to gujurat Gandhidham, on december 2022, he kept us in hotel for 2 weeks and then afterwards he began to demand us to send money in his account, i told him i wont pay unless i get onboard, but he insisted that, if you wont pay you wont get onboard, so i paid him 1.70 lac along with other seafarers. But nothing happened., after our payments were done, he kept us in hotel for more 2 weeks, and after that I understood that its a clear scam, so the next day i came to mumbai on January 3 and later i found out his office is closed and the office was also not under him, He replies to my call, but from past 2 month he is only saying i dont have money now, i will pay later, he has been saying this for past 2 months, sir i kindly request you to please help me out, i don’t belong to a well settled family, i need my money back please sir help me out. Below i have also attached his photo mentioned the fraud agent’s name along with Aadhar card and contact number. I request you to please look into my matter
