Nusi — The consignment delivery is deliberately delayed at TCI Mayapuri branch

Dear TCI complaint,
Request refer docket no.[protected] a parcel from Wonderchef pvt. Ltd. The package has been received was dispatched from Mumbai on 01 August 2022 and received on 05 Aug 2022. Till date seven days passed the Package has not been delivered to the addressee residing at Mahavir Enclave within few kilometres from Mayapuri. Staying near the courier delivery station takes more than a week, one can imagine their promptness in working.
Why there is no time bar for delivering the package to the addressee? How can one trust the company for getting a package delivered in India, that to NCR region takes more than 7 days to deliver or may not be delivered?
