Nutra Vigour — Product was charged twice

I was online shopping from nutravigour.com when I paid online for some products amounting to 3500. I paid and I got a receipt in my email. However when the product was delivered it was written cash on delivery. Since I was at work my grandmother paid another 3600/- to the delivery agent. When I tried contacting the company nutravigour.com on the numbers provided on their website, there is no answer from their part. Its like they are a ghost company. Emails have been sent to their online support but no answer. I am wondering how many people have been cheated by this company and I want to bring them to justice. Please help
