I have placed an order on 26th june 2019, i dont know why the order was cancelled from their side. But i still didn't get my refund amount.

I have already complained many times on the complain number but still did not receive my money back.

Now they are not receving call on complaint number and not replying to my emails.

The product cost is 638 inr

They are totally fraud, i want my money back...

One of my friend mentioned this company to me for diet plans. I just called them once to get details of their plans, etc.. After this preliminary call i started gettint atlease 10 calls from them everyday to enrol in their program. I told them clearly i was not interested still they kept chasing me. So finally after 3 to 4 months oftheir telephonic chasing i fell prey to their marketing gimmicks. To my surprise they collect all...

I am really disappointed with Nutrihealth. Not only because my weight management program failed but also because of the way my issue has been handled. giving a little background to the story. I am a member of this program since July’12 and trying the random diets for almost 9 months. I have had discussion with most of the so called dieticians /Drs in punjabhi bagh and Vasang kunj branch. After all this and eating the tasteless food for 9 months my weight has not moved. There has been no change in my weight from that day.

I am really disappointed because no one in the organization bothered to check if those diets were working or not. Every time I raised this questions I got replies for your dieticians that they will try something different and will ensure that I will lose weight. I have undergone various test as suggested by your dieticians and have spent more than 10 K on these test. And at last now what I get to know from these people is there are unable to understand my case, and are not sure of why I am not losing wait. When I joined this I was told that in 7 months package I will lose minimum of 12-15 Kg and there are people who have lost even 25 kg in this time frame. I was under the impression that I will be guided by trained professionals. But now when I am asking for reasons no one in the organization has a clue as to why my weight has not reduced. This has made me believe that either they are completely untrained or they just sent me random diets without even checking whether it will help me or not.

Nobody would want to spend 14k for these random and ineffective diets. As these days there are lot of diets available on internet. What I feel is If this was a genuine program , any professional will be able to diagnose the issue in 15-20 days or a month. My problem is that no one said at that time that your body will not react to our programs so don’t take these diet and stop. Now when I have spend 7 months and wasted 25 K on the program and medical tests. I get to know all these. I seriously believe that I am being cheated and its absolutely unfair on your part not to inform customers beforehand.

Now after going through all this torture I would request you to not only give me my money back that I wasted on the program but also the money that I spent on various test. I don’t understand this if you can t understand those test and judge the problem why would they recommends these test. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am so upset and disappointed with the organization that I would do whatever it takes for getting justice. I know I cannot get my time back but would definitely wants to penalize people who have made me fool at their behest.
