Nvsp — not getting response for form 8 - nvsp

I have filled up manually form 8 at a blo center more than 5 times to change address, but didn't get any response from the blo officer or not getting even any information regarding that changes, and at end, i have filled form 8 online on nvsp website to change address form 8 before 15 days. Still, the process is not going ahead from submitting to blo assigned and further. And on the website, they are talking to give election card in your hand within a month. So, how it would be possible? So, please take care before you are using this website to change your election card details.

Updated by khyati1 I got the further process tomorrow. data are verified on site, but still not responding. so, I am not able to get to the government, that in how much time, they will reply to the customer? already I had waited to get the final response from them 2 months. and they are informed on site as 1 month to get the result at home. So, please make sure from your end also.

2 Months are done still not getting a process in https://www.nvsp.in/forms/Forms/TrackStatus. So, what the government is doing in the online process? I don't get them.
