Refund for product : autumnlane Veronica black co ord set has been initiated to my wallet and not bank account .

They are saying that it is not possible to transfer the money from wallet to bank account which is very disappointing...

I ordered a few pair of body care through nykaa fashion app and got delivered on 29 October, I received an empty box and on contacting customer care several times and emailing them the same they denied to provide me with refund mentioning check at your end product must be received.
