I recently placed an order of two sarees from Nykaa fashion.Attaching snapshots of the same.
The package that I received had one missing item and another product that got delivered was a wrong cheap quality product with no label attached in it .
I immediately contacted the customer care and informed about the same by sharing snapshots of the wrong item inside the package.
They asked to wait till 72 hours for a resolution and investigation.
Later I was informed that the brand has confirmed to them that they packed both the items and it was also checked through their cctv footage.
So nothing can be done from nyka fashion's end and the customer support closed my ticket by concluding on their own .
But Reality is I never received those two products for which I made the payment.
I have been scammed and fooled by this online portal.
Neither they are initiating the refund of the sarees I paid for nor accepting their fault.
I need my money back
