I am continuously being harassed by nykaafashions as well as their courier partner SHADOWFAX.
My pickup and refund are pending since 09/09/2024. I received a damaged product for which I am continuously writing mails and talking to their support team on a daily basis.
I had never expected such a horrible and bad experience from Nykaafashions. I am an old customer and never faced such a bad experience from any ecommerce site.
Neither the support team is helping me nor any senior executive is giving me a call to resolve my issue.

I ordered amrutam fame gorjet women saree from nykaa on 05/11/23 whose order number is NYK[protected], delivered on 09/11/23 but the color of the saree was given as black but the design made in the saree was different and Wrong delivered, I bought the saree for Rs 1399/-, I share the picture of the saree Did it, but my request has been canceled, my return has not been approved, I have filed a complaint in National Consumer Grievance on cheating and fraud of Nykaa, whose complaint number is 5146018, please approve my return and give me my refund. I am very disappointed with this behavior of nykaafashion.com I recently placed an order from www.nykaafashion.com on 28th Jan (order number: NYK[protected] U.S. POLO ASSN shoes and I received it on 2th feb.

Unfortunately, upon receiving the box, I found that it was empty, It was just full of piece of wood, we were all taken aback.

I immediately contacted your customer service department but have not received a satisfactory resolution. So I have told him about this on email also, but he is not giving any solution to me.

I have attached photos of the empty package to this letter for your reference. As a valued customer, I expect a prompt and fair resolution to this matter. I would like to request a full refund for my purchase.

I request you please you help me.

I have ordered a watch but a wrong watch is delivered. It costs 7999/- but nykaa is not returning my product.. I'm trying for few days to return my product.

It's been 2 months since i have been reaching out to them, the customer support doesnt support, they mark the complaints as resolved without actually being resolving them my 2500 been stuck with them

I brought this saree from nykaa fashion- brand buta buti... which has a totally different image put up on the site... the colour is bright pink, the material pure cotton...
But the product I received is totally different- its sad rani pink colour, also the material is low grade; nothing like what is shown in the picture on the website. I guess these photos are taken from other brands and put as their own to make the product attractive for the discounted price... but what we are getting is far worse quality than the discounted price we have been charged. It's fraud.

The vendor that Nykaa lists as the seller of the product Buta buti saree delivered to me is- parth handicrafts, gem vihar, jaipur - this company's status is temporarily closed. So don't know who is actually selling.
Other listed company Parth Handicrafts- jaipur, with a different address than mentioned on nykaa site claims that they don't have any products listed on nykaa.

After being promised to solve the matter in 48-72 hrs by nykaa support team, i still have been waiting for this matter to be resolved for weeks... having made 8 calls... the customer service guys are extremely incompetent and the people managing nykaa fashion seem to be frauds as well like their mysterious shady sellers.

Nykaa fashion is the worst platform i came across they are a bunch of fraud people who do scam only, if you book any product from them you'll nver get correct item doesn't matter its prepaid or cod, when you try to reach cutomer care there is no contact no to call their mail support is horrible they won't help you its just a system generated mail with worst possible response

I have order a jacket from nykaafaishon.com.
Due to size issue i placed a return request. These people rejected the request 3 times without any reason. People at customer care are giving just false hopes and no genuine action is taking place.

The estimated delivery date was 12th June
I have been contacting nykaafashion since 13th June and till today they have not replied to any emails or support chat conversations.

A few representatives have said that the cancellation will be escalated but it’s not done yet.

Neither the money nor the product is assured by them

I placed an order for a shirt through nykaafashion.com on 6th June 2022, the estimated delivery date was 12th June 2022.
The order was not shipped till 10th June 2022, since then I was trying to cancel the order but the company is denying order cancellation and refund saying that its ready to be shipped.

Even after the estimated delivery date they are refusing cancellation and refund.they are giving irresponsible answer when asked about the order and money.

On contacting the seller the seller said that they have not given any stock to nykaafashion to sell through nykaafashion.com

The order amount of 1337 rs is scammed by nykaafashion.com

I recently placed an order of two sarees from Nykaa fashion.Attaching snapshots of the same.

The package that I received had one missing item and another product that got delivered was a wrong cheap quality product with no label attached in it .

I immediately contacted the customer care and informed about the same by sharing snapshots of the wrong item inside the package.
They asked to wait till 72 hours for a resolution and investigation.
Later I was informed that the brand has confirmed to them that they packed both the items and it was also checked through their cctv footage.
So nothing can be done from nyka fashion's end and the customer support closed my ticket by concluding on their own .

But Reality is I never received those two products for which I made the payment.

I have been scammed and fooled by this online portal.
Neither they are initiating the refund of the sarees I paid for nor accepting their fault.

I need my money back

The suit was ordered in size XXL, what was delivered was size S with a tag of XXL. There was no slip to wear under the sheer kurta. I paid Rs.11, 900 for this unwearable suit.

How can a person with bust 44 size wear a 34 size kurta and to add to that the kurta is transparent.

It is shocking and I've decided never to purchase from Nykaa again.

I had placed an order more than a week ago and since somedays I regularly got a message that it is out of delivery. On the app in my orders it is now written as delivery attempt unsuccessful. There was no delivery attempt only. And they're asking me to update the slot I've been doing it everyday but the order is not delivered. I tried reaching out to nykaa fashions customer care number but got no response. I chatted with the support on the app but got no positive response on what I had been asking. I am left with no option but to cancel my order now or wait. if it is not pre-paid doesn't mean u do such a thing. Unexpectable.

I had ordered a kurta set from the website (Bunaai Navy Blue Straight Kurta With Pant (Set of 2) (M)). The order number is [protected].

I have received the product, but it is really disappointing and not at all up to my expectations. The color is faded and the fabric is also not fine. It doesn't look like a new attire. I emailed the support team thrice and there was no response. Then I called the support team and I was shocked to hear that the product is nonreturnable. They had hidden terms and conditions and now they are saying they will not take my return request. I want my money back. :(
