I placed an order for a shirt on 6th june through nykaafashion.com.
The estimated delivery date was 12th June
I have been contacting nykaafashion since 13th June and till today they have not replied to any emails or support chat conversations.
A few representatives have said that the cancellation will be escalated but it’s not done yet.
Neither the money nor the product is assured by them
