Dear Nykaa Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a failed delivery update shown for one of the shipments of my recent order placed on 6 February 2026.
I had placed an order consisting of 12 items order id- NYK[protected] which was divided into two separate shipments.
One shipment containing 2 items was successfully delivered on 10 February 2026.
The second shipment, which was showing an estimated delivery date of 9 February 2026, is currently marked with the status “Consignee refused to accept the delivery.”
I would like to clearly state that I did not refuse the delivery, nor was there any delivery attempt made at my address. I did not receive any call, message, or visit from the delivery partner regarding this shipment. Therefore, the delivery status shown is incorrect and misleading.
I request you to kindly investigate this issue at the earliest and arrange for redelivery of the pending shipment or provide a clear explanation along with the next steps for resolution.
I have always trusted Nykaa for its service, and I hope this issue will be resolved promptly.
