I had ordered items worth Rs. 1195 on 10th October 2022, which included:
La Shield Fiscio Matte Sunscreen Gel SPF 50+ PA+++
L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Hyaluronic Acid Serum
Bella Vita Organic De-Tan Face Pack

I received panty liners and face shaver instead of that.

Nykka has been rejecting the return and refund by saying that the warehouse has shipped the correct products when I have not received them.

    I received a mail that delivery agent couldn’t connect with me, however I got no calls from the agent, still I provided another number and expected delivery date then came to be 4.08.2022, and even on 4th, no calls or messages have been made by the delivery agent. I wrote an email to nykaa that it was not possible for me to keep waiting daily at home to receive the order because naturally it was a working week. I had clearly asked for clarity of the delivery date or that the order should be cancelled. After this a general reply was given that there was some issue with the delivery at that it will be delivered at the earliest to which I again asked for a specific date or an idea atleast, but sadly no reply was received for my concern and it was not even clear whether the product will arrive or not ever because as I mentioned I had received the message that it will be delivered on 4th itself, and this complaint was already made. As there was no reply from Nykaa I purchased the product from elsewhere and when after two days Nykaa delivered the product, I immediately contacted Nykaa support through email that as my email was not replied earlier I was stuck and had no other option than to purchase the product and all the photos as asked by the Nykaa support executive, were attached of the unopened product, just the outer cover was removed as at the time of delivery there was no name mentioned on it and as I was paying for the thing I had to check what was in it. Since that day, that is, 6 Aug, 2022, I have been writing to Nykaa about the concern and I have been only getting the same reply time and again that their policy is not to take return of electronic appliance, whereas my issue is not with the product but with Nykaa itself that they were poor in taking care of the concern of their customer and blatantly ignored it. Today is 22 Aug, 2022 and still there is no respite.

      I have order a jacket from nykaafaishon.com.
      Due to size issue i placed a return request. These people rejected the request 3 times without any reason. People at customer care are just giving false hopes and they are not taking any genuine actions.

        My money has been debited from my gpay account to nykka eretails( proof attached), but the order has not been placed from nykka.

          Order no NYK[protected] is damaged and requested for return. Return is approved but pick up is delayed by nykka as they don’t want to refund. Why they are making mockery of me. Revansiddapa supervisor committed on 30 aug that refund for sure will be given, on 31 aug he told it will not be picked and no refund
          Why so lies and cheating and I need my refund as nykka has approved the return twice but now backing out

            My order number is[protected]. I ordered a maybelline fit me foundation shade natural bluff in september. I didn't know about fake products so i couldn't recognize that it is fake and kept it safely. Afte some days i threw the bill as i thought the produst to be orginal. Yesterday when i used the maybelline fit me foundation which i purchased from nykka i realized that the product is a but weird. I took out my sister's maybelline fit me foundation of shade ivory and then watched the packaging of both the producta different. I looked closely and noticed that it was written made in china on the maybelling foundation which i purchased from nykka while the original one (Which my sister brought from a mall) has written on it that it is made in usa. I am attaching the pictures of the fake product i was given by nykka

              I had ordered Sunsilk thick and long shampoo from Nykka on 30.04.2018. On receiving the product I got to know that I was charged more than the labelled price for a product (shampoo).
              I register complaint with their customer care.
              My order id for the made order is[protected] They charged me amount of Rs. 198 however the labelled mrp over the product is Rs. 165.
