Yes I agreed.. I worked up to now, they treated as slaves especially android and ios team...don't give proper salary and feeding the fear for php team also..

Dont join as ios or android Moblie Application developer . They are treating employee as SLAVES.don't proper time to work .. You need to work atleast 16 hours and don't give leave to take ..you can't learn anything up to leaving the company and you can't ask any doubts in your team and also can't search on internet.
They don't give the salary increament and you need to beg to get salary increament .salary range starting from 6000 . surely you will get salary upto 10k after 2 years

of course .. it's fraud company. they are giving low salary to ios, andriod and php also.. they are treating as slaves especially ios team manager
keyar srinivasan while working in andriod ...you need to leave after 11:30 pm from 9:30am..they dont give proper leave and not hike..
if you are asking salary hike, they will tell, your performance is not sufficient..

I have joined 2013 as a mobile developer. While at the time of interview, the IOS develoepr lead K.R srinivasan took interview. They told me the office timing and salary hike based on my performance. But after once joined that company, They never put hike and always you never leave office ontime. They treated like as a slave. They are totally uneducated people to run this type of company. They are earning lot of money from forighn client.They are getting hourly basis profit from the european client (Appsolute.fr).

I just want to inform to all whatever given in complaint is fake. It's just did by the people who are have some misunderstanding ... In this company thy have several technologies n good opportunities.. Specifically for freshers you can learn new things and u have freedom to share your own ideas n it will work der.
I dn't understand why u guys using big words like FRAUD N SLAVES. It's too bad.. Please dn't use such a nonsence n unnecessary words ..
Every one thinking n their logics may differ but it doesn't mean thy r bad.
I'm trying to say it such a good company you definitely learn many new things n share your opinions.
Especially in IOS n android team you have so much n team manger like Mr.srinivasan is a good person n he will encourage n motivate you in all the ways to get best from you. It's all I can say from my experience with him.
While coming for timings it will happen in all companies but it's based on work... Nobody will make you sit late night when there is no work.
When it's comes for MNC we do same... But v using word big company(I dn't want to mention names).Working environment should be good not interior.
It's a good company n CEO is a great person. They have lots of experience to lead a good company n know how to satisfy employees.
