They treat employees like # and they will do anything to get their work done, but once they got what they want, employee will realise not worhty place to work. Directors will be friendly in nature till they get their work to be completed. The first company i have ever seen without having a proper hr and hr policy. Hi, The Managers Dosth and Venkatesh in the Oclock Software is a double face peoples. They are giving the false promise and cheat the employees for work. Once work done they will not kept their promise. Also you need to beg for leave and hike. Senthil is another one.. He is a person like will treat a employees as his own house servant. While joining in the O'clock software pvt ltd, they will treat as good in one or two weeks. . Always, they are treating as slave especially ios and android.. Don't give salary increment up to 2and half years..Everybody need to work more than 16 hours ..They don't give training and you can't ask any doubts in your team and cant search on Internet and we should finish the work within time ..They don't care you are fresher or experienced guy...

Fraud Company, Dont join as ios or android Moblie Application developer . They are treating employee as SLAVES, no company timings, in time is 9:30 am outtime11:30 pm-12:00 pm??? F_ck, no proper regulations, paticularly in ios and android team, they will treat you as slaves, no human respect .. first they will tell you, hike in 6 months but dont put the hike, say ur performance is not upto our mark, will check your for another 3 months will...

Those who are going to be a mobile application developer like Android, I phone, if you get a job in this company, don't join . Because they never put any hike and after one year only you will get a hike.Their Basic salary is below 10 K. They expect more work. Their office timing is 11 hrs. But they told 9.30 to 7. 30 PM. But they never leave you on time. They never give experience letter. So Be aware of this...
