This is to bring into your notice that I purchased Inverter Ac 5 star 18CETA from RS electronics gurdaspur Punjab in the name of Jagtar Singh HSN/SAC 84151010 on 27/03/22. The Ac was installed next day from day of purchase. The issue being raised here is that the AC is not working from the first day. The service centre at Gurdaspur has been contacted many times last month and this month on this number[protected]. Then yesterday on 7/05/2022 online complaint was launched vide number CHA[protected]. Today after almost one month the service man has come and he said may be your cooper pipe is leak without checking the indoor Ac leakage. So i purchased a new coper pipe and a new hole in the wall was made. After the new hole is made in the wall the sevice man says the coil of your indoor is leaking . Now the the service man has taken my indoor part and he say it will take abt 5 day to repair it. How can a reputed company like o general do such inconvenience to the customer who has purchased new Ac for almost 60000. So there has been a lot of harassment to me, how can a company like ogeneral send new Ac without checking and harassment to custemers. My trust in ogeneral has abandoned. Kindly see into the matter urgently. And I request you to replace my Ac and provide me new Ac instead of repairing the coil.
