but not solved.

At 5 times services team come and give excuse about power, about vol tage etc.

At same plase another all room blustar 1 unit, mitsubishi...

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on my previous email dated February 12, 2025, regarding the ongoing issues with my OG 1.5 tons AC (Complaint No. CHE[protected].
As mentioned earlier, the unit is still not functioning properly due to continuous gas leakage, posing a serious threat to our health and safety. Given the urgency of this matter, I kindly request an update on the status of my complaint and the steps being taken to resolve it.
I would appreciate it if you could prioritize this issue and provide a response within the next 5 business days. If I do not hear back from you by then, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further.

As discussed with Vijay Sales Indirapuram Ghaziabad, AC smelling foully which needs to be checked urgently to prevent my mishappening. Requested to change the AC with new AC on priorit.

        I have started the journey from Tadepalligudem to Hyderabad on 22.02.2024 at 8.30pm. In this Bus both seats are damage condition H1 & H2 attached photos for your reference. Bus Number AR01G4160
        But this persons not give changing this seats. We are not happy to say that either refund the money or change the seat immediately.

        If not take action will go for consumer complaint.

          I purchased O General AC (1 Ton) during the year of 04.05.2022. (Serial No. D009659D0029901). It is regreat to informed that the AC machine has been service only one time during the warranty period inspite of repeated request and remainder made by me, which resulted the AC machine is not functioning properly. Now we requested a local Tuticorin agent to do the service for the above machine for which we paid Rs. 600/- as service charges to the agency. It is therefore requested that kindly look into the matter and advice the concerned agency for not doing the service within the warranty period as per the procedures in your company, otherwise consumer court will be approached for this lapses.

            Split AC

            I got O General AC installed at my home and requested for 1st service as per schedule. The technicians visited and just wiped the outer body with dry cloth.
            Only plastic portion of Outdoor unit was wiped with dry cloth leaving remaining visible portion in a shabby condition. On taking up with service centre, I was informed that this is as per company policy.
            This is highly lacking as compared to after sales service provided...

            Respected Sir,
            Last 15th June, 2023, I have bought new split ac O general 2.0 T for my house. The electrician did installation of the ACs and assured us that they will not cause any problem for the same and it comes with 1 year standard warranty. We have bought AC form authorize distributor / dealer (Invoice attached).
            AC is not working from 21 Aug 2023 onwards and I requested complain on 22 Aug 2023 to services team whose complain no is NDL[protected] for the problem. They have visited to check AC but they couldn’t able to solve problem. Technician team said PCB Part damaged so you should wait for 6 to 7 days but it still not solved.
            We humbly request you to kindly look into this matter on top most priority and do the needful. We wish either company would return our Invoice amount else they will replace my AC with new working one.

              I have lodged a complaint noNDL[protected] with the complaint department and got sms that your complaint will be attended urgently. But after 2 days, the complaint is unattended. In march 2023, I purchased 2 window ac from you, but sorry to say that I regret my decision as the service parameter is very poor.

                On 8th April, I bought 2 O General inverter AC's for my home from KOLDEN AIR CONDITIONING PRIVATE LIMITED, from Emall Kolkata. Firstly, my AC's were delivered too late, around 16 days of buying. On 24th the AC's were delivered. The logistics was maintained by Area Wide Logistics and the vehicle number used for the delivery was WB11D7844. The delivery guys just kept delaying and were even rude too while delivering. I was harassed for 4 days for the delivery. Now I am asking for installation since Monday. I contacted the customer service for installation and was given the number of SK. Monjur Ahmed ([protected]). Firstly, he asked me to remain present at home yesterday he didn't arrive, again he asked me to stay present today but even after calling multiple times he hasn't picked up the call and has switched his phone off. This is pathetic from you guys. I don't know why your service is so poor. Why don't you care for customer's time? I want this issue to be taken care of asap and I demand strict action against such unprofessional behaviour from this above mentioned person and company.

                  After several call for Installation registration for O General AC purchased on 17.08.22 (Product Name O GENERAL SAC 2.0Ton AOGA24FUTC Invoice No. RMPL22-23/2765), one Shri Mehtab Installation Engineer has contacted us and finally come for the work on 26& 27.08.22 on given address at Meerut (UP). Installation of this AC suppose to be done free of cost and without asking for assistance from customer by the O General Engineer in neat and clean manner (as waste material left inside the house). Installation team has demanded ladder to reach at required height (though they were three persons and have not brought ladder) and Rs. 850/- for the cost of stand of outdoor unit without giving any Invoice/bill for such cost.

                  In mid day hours of working day usually Ladies and Children remains available at Home, Shri Mehtab behaviors and body language was not fit to talk with Ladies and was a manner-less guy. he was not ready to wait to show the cooling and was insisting to pay Rs.850/- without giving any bill.

                  Final some other person in evening hours has contacted through Phone No.[protected] asking to Pay Rs.850 and has sent service Report (pl see attachment) in name of bill. when again asked to send bill he sent a massage saying if bill is required than addition 18% GST has to be paid.

                  In view my question and complain is as below:-
                  (i). Is Installation of said AC is free or not, if not what amount has to be paid for stand of out door unit
                  (ii). Is any where It was mentioned in Invoice that customer has to pay for outdoor unit stand @Rs.850/-
                  (iii). Is company directs that bill/Invoice will not be given for material sold/consumed in Installation of AC by the Installation Engineer.
                  (iv). Is any where written by Company that all the assistance (like Ladder etc.) will be provided by customers cost by the customer.
                  (v). Is Company issue any ID to their Service/Installation Engineers, if yes are they been trained to show their ID to Customer before entering in home for service/Installation as Shri Mehtab has not shown his ID to us at his own.
                  (vi). How many persons will visit the customer place for Installation of AC, as Installation Engineer Shri Mehtab has brough 2 other (total three persons).
                  (vii) How and how much amount is payable for outdoor unit stand, if it is applicable, as I am yet to comply cost issue of Stand of out door unit.
                  (viii) will company take any action against Installation Engineers like Shri Mehtab and his team to company will counsel them under intimation to us.

                  My above complained dated 28.08.22 has been marked as resolved by O General, but nothing has been replied and briefed/intimated to me. I do not know what action taken against my following questions/Complained__

                  (i). Is Installation of said AC is free or not, if not what amount (including GST) has to be paid for stand of out door unit

                    I purchased ac 3 months ago for my cloth emporium narain dass bhushan Kumar Dirba. And after 2-3 days of the fitting of ac it started leaking water whenever it's shut down after using it. We have reached of the customer service of the agency but they are not coming for services. It's been 3 months and everytime they just make an excuse that they will come tomorrow. We are bearing a great loss due to leaking of water as it destroys the clothes and also we can't shut that off often as the water would leak everytime which as resulted in high bills of electricity too. We are highly disappointed by Karla Aircon Pvt Ltd Mohali as they are bad with appliances and services. We want our ac to be serviced or changed as its been a high time adjusting with the malfunctioning

                      Since the day I have bought the air condition split AC 1.5 t The installation was done wrong and the cooling is not there since day one. I have been calling customer care and registering my complaint but no one appear to fix the problem. Finally when a guy came to my house 2 days back after 2 months of complaining he asked me that the installation is wrong but we have to pay 1500 Rupees for the installation. When I asked him why we have to pay again when there is gault after installation, he asked his agent to come back and he left. IF THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED I WILL COMPLAINT IN THE CONSUMER COURT AND MAKE SURE THAT THE FRANCHISEE IS TAKEN BACK FROM THIS JASOLA SERVICE CENTRE. NEW DELHI

                        It is a only worst Air conditioner company I have ever seen in my life. The reason behind is that I had buy a General Split inverter A.C. (which IS BEST in the class) of Rs 65, 000 (Total cost with installation is Rs 70, 000) because I heard that this is A BEST company in A.C. product like you. But within less then 2 year duration with a normal home use the fan and PCB board of outdoor unit get defected or not working due to which there is no cooling inside room. These defects tell by company technician which is send by coustmer support. As per technician gas is low in AC so I refilled gas but the problem remain unsolved and now they say the installation of a new PCB of Rs 16000 and again gas refilling of Rs 3500 is to be done without any type of guarantee /warranty on PCB and Gas. It means company wants to EARN approx Rs 20000 from coustmer without any liability to their coustmer like a ### type third class chinese company. One thing more company don't sell any type of the part of AC in market, so they take desired excessive amount from coustmer. This is a very bad and fraud company.

                              I want to apologize that I committed a crime by buying a Window Air conditioner from your O’ General brand of AC’s. This was bought on the unfortunate date of June 10, 2022. The Blower fan situated behind the AC unit was broken and was reported within 2 Hours (of buying and installing) on O’ General Arcade WhatsApp service with number +[protected]. Since then a technician visited stating that the above-mentioned fan will be changed. However, it’s been 7 days now.

                              You may think 7 day’s is not that much time which should make me write in this tone. However, I would welcome you to respond and see the video of AC’s functioning and the noise it generates. Also, I would not be furious if that AC was not installed at my now retired, ill parent’s bedroom or if delhi;s heat is not 44 degree plus.

                                  I purchased 1.5T Inverter model AC on 23/11/2021..Even though I can get the same category from other reputed second favourite brand at 30% less price, I purchased this model AC only based on brand Ogeneral.

                                  On the day1 installation guy came and installed the unit but it is not even switching ON..On the day2 some other guy came and told that the previous guy installed wrongly and he rectified it..Now the AC is powered on and able to get the cooling, but all electronic devices TV etc., started giving electrical shocks..When we requested our electrician to check it, he told that AC installation was done wrongly at the AC plug with respect to earth wire.We informed this horrible experience to o general feedback representative, so that they can take right measures to ensure these horrible experiences will not be repeated.

                                  Last week(June 2nd 2022) we placed a complaint that cooling is not coming properly. with Complaint ID VIJ[protected]. Service engineer came on June 7th 2022 and he told that blower has dust, it needs a water service and it costs 1500Rs.. I told we have 1 free water service and 2 normal services up to Nov 2022, out of which we utilized only 1 normal service, so now we can utilise the available 1 water service.. He told, no i cannot do that for free, he asked me to talk to his manager..I had a talk and she told that this water service has to be done with jet motor and the service cost 1500Rs.

                                  From our past experience with wrong installation by so called technician, we suspected it could be either wrong diagnosis or charging more than the actual price.. Regarding this we tried to reach customer care numerous number of times and everytime, after taking the registered mobile number, they are just disconnecting the call without even providing the information..

                                  So, we contacted the showroom from where we purchased this product..We informed this and requested to provide info.. Immediately show room representative called local service center while we are in conference, she questioned them, how can you charge 1500 rs when the product is under warranty and service, it supposed to be 500+GST, Then the local service center manager told, "yes that is true but if the customer ready to pay 800 Rs we will do the service"...Then we questioned them saying how can you ask for 1500 when it supposed to 500+GST, he has no answer..Show room representative requested us to pay 800 for get water service and we agreed to it..He told that he will send the service person on yesterday, but he didn't came and yesterday we got a message saying

                                  "Dear Customer, Your service request VIJ[protected] is cancelled for REFUSED TO PAY.For assistance pls contact GENERAL at[protected]"

                                  We tried to reach[protected], to know why they cancelled when we agreed to pay 800 as they requested.. But every time as usual the customer care disconnecting the call after taking registered mobile number..

                                  We have 3 other ACs in our home..we never had this kind of pathetic and horrible experience with customer care or product or service person..

                                  With in 6 months itself if we have this many problems with customer care and local service center, we cannot continue using this product..If customer care disconnects the calls without any reason, whom we can approach for any problem with product or for service..

                                  So, I request O General to refund my money back as you are ignoring the calls and unwilling to provide the service as promised when we purchased this product.
