This is with reference to the Air conditioner i bought on May 25th, 2020, which was purchased from AUM G INC (Model- 24CGTA-2TR, 5 Star) outlet in Delhi, the said unit stopped functioning within a year, it has lost the cooling capacity and the air flow, though it is 2 TR in capacity.
With given condition of the unit, have registered the complaint with your after sales team, the engineer visited my place on May 1st, 2021 and serviced the entire unit on same day only, but despite service the unit is not functioning properly.
Hence again I have written an email to concern department on 30 Jun 2021.
Once again same engineer visited my place on July 1st, 2021 and check the entire unit, and told me that the cooling level can not come down as desired selected temperature by remote, as it's compressor automatically cut off the power of the unit. Today it's automatically stop working and even though there are no power light in air-condition.
I purchased this unit in INR 70, 540 and 10, 700/- has paid towards its installation with all required items believing the brand being one of the best across, but sad to say that it has indeed disappointed me again and again.
Now I am really fed up with this and wants the resolution of for the above issue asap
