On 8th April, I bought 2 O General inverter AC's for my home from KOLDEN AIR CONDITIONING PRIVATE LIMITED, from Emall Kolkata. Firstly, my AC's were delivered too late, around 16 days of buying. On 24th the AC's were delivered. The logistics was maintained by Area Wide Logistics and the vehicle number used for the delivery was WB11D7844. The delivery guys just kept delaying and were even rude too while delivering. I was harassed for 4 days for the delivery. Now I am asking for installation since Monday. I contacted the customer service for installation and was given the number of SK. Monjur Ahmed ([protected]). Firstly, he asked me to remain present at home yesterday he didn't arrive, again he asked me to stay present today but even after calling multiple times he hasn't picked up the call and has switched his phone off. This is pathetic from you guys. I don't know why your service is so poor. Why don't you care for customer's time? I want this issue to be taken care of asap and I demand strict action against such unprofessional behaviour from this above mentioned person and company. Was this information helpful? |
