Respected Sir,
Last 15th June, 2023, I have bought new split ac O general 2.0 T for my house. The electrician did installation of the ACs and assured us that they will not cause any problem for the same and it comes with 1 year standard warranty. We have bought AC form authorize distributor / dealer (Invoice attached).
AC is not working from 21 Aug 2023 onwards and I requested complain on 22 Aug 2023 to services team whose complain no is NDL[protected] for the problem. They have visited to check AC but they couldn’t able to solve problem. Technician team said PCB Part damaged so you should wait for 6 to 7 days but it still not solved.
We humbly request you to kindly look into this matter on top most priority and do the needful. We wish either company would return our Invoice amount else they will replace my AC with new working one. Was this information helpful? |
