I purchased 1 ton window ac through TATA CLiQ on 29.8.20 and installation was done on 03.9.20. All Particular of the ac was updated in the mobile openeral customer care app. But it is not able me to make request for free service in the app. Hence requested to cause action for servicing my ac which is under warranty.
