It is stated that I requested the service for my O General A/C 1.5 Ton 18JCC(S) from a reputated top service provider company and the mechanics from the company mentioned that the Compressor of the AC is defective and will be changed by the O General company as it is still in the warranty. After that requesting the service from O General Customer service. The mechanics arrived from EXTREME COOLING (c-245/3, GALI No.9, BHAJANPURA, DELHI-110053, Email- [protected]@gmail.com) on 24/10/2021 and stated that the replacement of the compressor will cost money despite it’s being in guaranty and refused to see the original Bill of the AC. They also refused to give the written statement that the compressor is defective and took ₹350 as visit charges on Bill No.-624 and said they will talk to their senior from O General company about the replacement of the compressor. I made several complaints & telephone calls about the product but they said that it is winter and will fix the issue next summer delaying it to void its warranty. I am willing to go to Hon'ble Consumer Court for the justice after showing such harassment. Please kindly Repair/Replace the AC immediately or otherwise I will have to go to court.
