O General — Ticket was closed without addressing the issue

Called up for complaint booking on March 9th but the ticket was closed without even addressing the issue. Worst service complaint ever and that too dint expect this from OG. Once the product and service was good but after establishing their brand, they dont care about customer service nowadays. Wont recommend this to anybody - not worth the price,
