I want to apologize that I committed a crime by buying a Window Air conditioner from your O’ General brand of AC’s. This was bought on the unfortunate date of June 10, 2022. The Blower fan situated behind the AC unit was broken and was reported within 2 Hours (of buying and installing) on O’ General Arcade WhatsApp service with number +[protected]. Since then a technician visited stating that the above-mentioned fan will be changed. However, it’s been 7 days now.
You may think 7 day’s is not that much time which should make me write in this tone. However, I would welcome you to respond and see the video of AC’s functioning and the noise it generates. Also, I would not be furious if that AC was not installed at my now retired, ill parent’s bedroom or if delhi;s heat is not 44 degree plus.
