Dear sir/ madam, I have joined the O P Jindal Global University in the month of Feb, 2016.
After working for an year the university decided to terminate my serviced without any considered notice.The HR head apparently told me that I can stop attending the University from today 14-Feb-17 as they have nothing in hand for me.
Initially they created problem by making me work on Saturdays and Sundays without any compensatory off (for few of them the attendance was marked without the knowledge of the management so records might be available).
Latter it was that universities management that started sending me out especially on weekends to accompany their international guests at tourist location without any offs, so I had worked for 7 days without offs or leave.
When I was just about to complete my 1 year in 2 days from now 16-Feb-17 the Director HR mentioned that my service would be terminated.
The reason given was bad performance and when asked to review He mentioned that it is not required but the University has no department for me and cannot shift me to any other place.
To conclude the story short, I am seeking justice for all the mental harassment and undue treatment that I have been treated at the University.
