Hello sir.
We're into money transfer business since more then 2 years. Around first week of january 2019 we took distributorship of obotpap e-solutions pvt ltd. We used to deposit money everyday and used to do transactions. But one day we deposited 5 lakhinr in bank. But the same amount was not reflected in my portal. When enquired we got to know that the systems are upgrading. After few days we were told that they need our kyc documents as per rbi requirement. We provided that as well. Then after few days we were told that our sbi account have been freezed by rbi. Then we were told that we should deposit some money again and start doing new transactions and along with it our old amount would be released in parts. But we never got our amount back. None of the company's senior management is replying and also they never answer the calls. We seek your assistance in the matter.
