Please let me know one thing that if somebody is denying to proceed his application just because his friend has got negative skilled assessment from VETASSESS ( Australian Skilled Assessment Authority ), what a consultancy can do? Every candidate is having different skill sets and based on that outcome will be generated so we cannot compare both the cases. We have already created your VETASSESS account, uploaded all the documents but when it comes to payment of skill assessment authority, you refused. So kindly guide us how one can proceed for the application of Australian Work Visa without having positive skill assessment.

So please do not defame any company when the fault is at your end.

We want to inform you that in case of visa rejection from Embassy's end, refund will be processed as per the agreement you have signed with our company and we have already refunded. As initaly we have informed you the requirements and submitted the documents accordingly, however we all know that final decision always depends upon the Embassy.

Any consultancy cannot force Embassy's decision and at any condition we have to respect their decision.

And as you have mentioned in last comment, This is my fault, but listen, when i didnt sign on a contract, then how could u process for same and whatever you have done, i am not interested to hear that as that is none of my business? And, which copy you are uploded here for me, how do i clarify either it is fake or genuine ??

My point is only, i had paid advance money 30, 000 and i didnt sign on your contract as i am not satisfied with your terms, and then i was not showing interest for further process and request for refund.

This company has duped me of 50, 000INR. They said that LMIA is not required for getting a work visa and charged the money from me. The people who filled up the documents were totally incompetent and later charged excuberant amount from me. The visa was rejected saying that LMIA is compulsory. I have all written communications with them. What is the procedure to file a complaint against them?

this is bringing to your notice that, i am facing a problem with an incident for a long period.

I got call from Priyanka Talwar BNB Consultants, Janakpuri New Delhi near about approx. 6 'months ago, mentioned that there were recruitment going on for Canada/Australia. She took my all documents to cross verify, then she said it's good enough, told me to you can apply for Canada. She had taken Rs. 5000 as a registration fees from me for starting the process (13/05/2017). I have all the details payments also. Later on Priyanka had called me that my qualifications is not enough to apply for Canada work Visa. she gave me another option for Singapore, mentioned the documents/qualifications is just perfect for this country. Further, she mentioned my CV had been shortlisted asked me for half payments i.e. Rs. 30000/- on 9th June 2017. I was not convinced initially, she bluffed me with agreements papers and assured for money back if they failed to apply. she had brainwashed me. So I agreed paid the requested amount.

Here the full story-line that i was experienced from past 6 months-

After having conformation letter for Singapore. Whereas I have started the process almost 2 months, (i.e. back on May'17) was nothing was from their side then I started to calling these guys. Then i realized that Priyanka (BNB consultant) took two months i.e. May & June who introduced me with Mr. Shirniwas and followed by Case officer Mr. Suraj ( oceans outsourcing solutions). From month of July onward i started to urge them to do it in little more speed.
Then suddenly first round interview was scheduled on 30th July'17... me planned for day.. it got changes on date and no one informed me. I was keep waiting for interview. Then, When i called why this was not conducted and mentioned that it was technical problems..and rescheduled for next day. i.e. on 31st July but it did not. Finally first round interview took place on 1st August'17 by KS consultancy that was also on text message through SKYPE. Now i realize It was the result of I've been forcing these guys to make it happen.. so it had taken somehow.
And the same thing had repeated on 2nd round interview as well. Keep rescheduled without proper information. The worst part was that I've to urge you to take interview. And the whole months (August) went into round interview only.
Now, It's all the way 1st week of the month October gone and leaving me behind on frustration.
There are asking me for more documents. I've sent all the documents that I was having. In generals, Experience letters/ appointment letters are important to us, so we do keep it safe and mostly interviewers may ask for current working's organization pay slip/offer letters/Increment letter which I've sent to them as well. They are keep asking me the past 8-9 years back, the company's pay slip that they asked for...obviously not possible. Practically i did not store it. And for the most, there was no offer letter system at that hotel too, they gave me appointment letter as behalf of offer letter. Then, tell me one thing how can I provide them which is not having. Because of one pay slip of 8-9 years back hotel, my application had stopped.
In short, they are simply making as issues of documents, making us fool. I have send so many reminder, also emailed them, called them, but they are not refund my money also not taking my call and response.

it’s just a short mail, where i was just intended to inform you in the hope of, if you can help me on this issue. Already emailed to so many govt. Officials of ministry of external affairs dept, but they did not reply. So, this is my last approach to you.

This is also a lesson for those readers who wants to work in abroad, if any one ask you for money to job placement. Asked them to complete the process first and payment will be at the end after finalized. I got very expensive lesson to understand this, heard multiple occasion about the fraud agencies where people suffered, now i facing the same.

On this note i came to remember one scene from a very famous movie PK, at the end of movie when PK come back to Earth along with his friends for research, he advised them - if anybody tell you to let you speak with GOD, do not trust them, leave the research aside and just turn back and run in full speed to spaceship.
Save our self from cheaters/ fraudster...
or else you will lose your money as well as your times...

After I post my previous complaint about 'oceans outsourcing solutions & BNB consultant'. 2 days later, I got threaten call from a person name called Shriniwas Rao today at around 8pm.

Oh... I'm sorry! I forgot to introduce this man.. He seems to very nice & gentleman who gave me very good lesson of my life, "Madhur Vani Dagaabaz ki Nishani."
In fact, he was the one who always give me good words and keep me awaited for 6 months, leave me on frustration. Other wise i would not have come this so far today, it would be close in the beginning only. Priyanka Talwar (BNB) had introduced him with me from oceans outsourcing solutions. He was the one who verified my documents twice, said it is OK, asked me to pay Rs. 30000/- then later Suraj had made an entry as case officer.

It might be the side effect of my previous post( I must say thanked to this forum), he called me today surprisingly. The person who used to act like a very good gentleman(I repeat), did not pick my call earlier when i had awakened that I've been cheated. I started to ask my money back, then suddenly he stopped pick up my call, he gave excuses that he was busy.. some times kept my call on hold 4/5 minutes.. not receive...
But today he text me on Whats-app & Skype stating that he wanted me to call him back. He tried to emotionally urge me to exclude him from this case, saying that he is 48 years respectful person, tell me to show him some respect. I must say one thing, i did respect him before, listened each single word as good words and addressed him as a sir/ shriniwas ji all the time over 6 months. He took disadvantage my faiths.
When i did not listen his explanations today, even tried to convince me the way he did in past. The moment he thinks nothing gonna be workout for me, then he started to threatened me...abusing me with bad words which i cannot disclosed such word in publicly. I was very petty to him that he had loss his control insanely where his conversation was recorded. Silly fellow, did not understand that world has changed now... how much become fast & forwarded and we are the modern era generation, not grand pa times. Media and technology has climbed up sky high now.
In fact i am having all the call records from the beginning what i had conversation with Priyanka and all the payment conversation with them, mails/text/call records/payments all everything. I keep it save from beginning only for any adversity situation arise in future, understanding frauds are in markets.
Then what happens.. he further threatened me that he will case me and put me on jail.. I amazed and could not stop myself to laugh. I simply do not understand in which world dose he leave? I'm victimized by them, waste my 6 months time & my money Rs. 35000/- and he rebuke me why am i posted such comment publicly.
In other hand he further told me that this kind of post... it dose not matter to him, no one can even touch him. He is very far superior in this matter.

The laughable thing is that... i unfortunately i told him you are coming in your original form by starting abusing me and you are on call record, he simply snubbed and hang up the call suddenly. I did not understand that what purpose did he call me today... put him self more clear picture by saying all this threaten call/abusing me, putting him self in difficulty.

He further text me through whats-app.. after followed by hang up the call...he tried to divert his concern in another way blaming me that my CV is fake and experience documents are fake...(I laughed). I don't understand still.. "kaunsa mitty se banaya hain ye insan ko" I saute for his sense of humors. Confirmed now he is super brilliant...a spy... . He was so confident that the place i worked for/had experience over a periods, he one tag slot made it fake by his ownself. " yise bada joke kya ho sakta hain...Jo chor uske bade shor"

I am zero percentage thrill on his call, more thanked to this forum providing me the platform to strongest my case. Even i wished him to case on me.. advised him to put me on jail. what a childish talk. Even I wanted to highlight this issues in national level, so that every one may get the lesson from this. My work will became more easier. For sure i would not have written this comment or nothing much to share story, But this gentleman provide me the an opportunity by unknowingly that he took a challenge himself to do threaten call to me. I thoroughly welcome him by expanding my two arms like SRK signature style. "COME & GET ME"

I'm highlighting one more thing is that people might get help from "oceans outsourcing solutions" to settle down in abroad, build up career too. I'm not denying the fact and the company never be fraud, the persons who associated with this company and did this thing sake of the company's name.. they spoils the reputation of company. They might sent 10 numbers of people successfully at a times, what about the rest like you and me who had invest so much of money and times on the project and they are as always giving reference of those 10 people's successful story...to rest of people.
In fact, They are making money more from you and me than sending 10 peoples in abroad. Telling us story by your documents are not enough/qualification/ unnecessary documents saying that recruiter are asking for this... bla bla.. many more causes and start to make you're roaming round and round. At the end they escape from the story. Never refund money back. Just think this way.. Rs.35000/- might not be an such big thing/difference to me or one single person... what will happen if they are 50 more people suffer... or 100 more... or ever more... See this makes more difference...
I never aspected my money back and money is not everything all the times. I never forgive these three names who plays upon my emotions.

This story i brought on your notice is to keep you guys save from this kind of fraud. If Anyone of you who read this story and save your self from this kind of fraud- network on day, then i'll think my money has back. I believe upon my hard work, i'm energetic and keep working, I'm gonna earn that much of money again, no problem. And again i will thanked these three fraudsters who gave a lesson to me and many others like you...

My name is Randolph and I have been another victim of the fraud and the cheating that the company ocean outsourcing follows. Oceans outsourcing has said that they can help me with a work visa for Canada and help me get a job in Canada. At first when oceans outsourcing explained their procedures to me, I instantly checked the reviews of the company online. I did come across people being cheated of their hard earned money. But I gave the company a benefit of doubt. The person who was handling my case was Ms. Anjali. To get me to sign up her response was very good in the beginning. Assuring me to guide me, offering help to address all my quarries, I put my trust in her and the company. But as soon as they got me to pay an amount of 70800/-, their entire way of managing my case changed. With time she stopped answering calls, reverted after days, my quarries on emails were never answered. I was kind enough to give them time as I thought they would be attending to other clients. But I was wrong in thinking so. They started making up stories and pushing the whole blame on me saying that the mistakes in delay are from my end. This is day light robbery and on the face lying. I even brought this to their notice, but they still did not help me and continued to deal with me in anyway.

Then there came a time where I was asked to send in my documents, but this was not a proactive mail from them, I had to keep asking them about whats the status of my application. I attested all my mark sheets and the documents they asked for in 2-3 days. Applied for my transcripts for which Mumbai university take 25 days to give it. Jeesica Nair was handling my document verification. As a client who has paid a huge sum of money for the company's services. She kept postponing my case. I kept following up with her, which should have been the other way round. She kept making excuses after excuses and like their regular dishonest behaviour she actually tried to blame me for the delay in procedure. Oceans outsourcing thinks people are fools. Heights of dishonesty and unprofessional-ism. I still maintained my cool. I told them that my transcripts will be sent after 25 days as this is the time frame from the university. Jeesica said okay and asked me to send the remaining documents. The next day I sent all my documents and guess what it doesn't even get handed over to the right person soon even after putting in their names and numbers on the Currier. Yet I followed up and had to get the receivers name and address who signed for accepting the Currier and had to tell him to give it to Jeesica. Here's the most amazing part of how unprofessional they actually are. They send me a mail saying they will take 15 days to check and see if any document is pending. I say fine, may be its their procedures. But a whole month goes by and no revert from them. I had to keep following up with them and push them to work on my case. Finally I get a mail from jeesica saying that they need additional documents. Wow. Unprofessional-ism at its peak. Couldn't all the documents be mentioned in one mail at the start. Like they working on a case like this for the first time. Seems like they trained to work fraudulently and cheating people has become their habit. And yet still Anjali who was working on my case has disappeared, no replies what so ever. Jeesica calls threatening me rudely saying that she will say she has called me many times but I didn't reply. How bold are these people at cheating people of their money. I didnt want to land up like the rest of the people who were cheat with oceans outsourcing. So I sent them a mail to cancel the process and still no reply from them. Then jeesica calls me and ask me the reason why i want to cancel. I explain and tell her about all the above mentioned, yet no help. I said i'll write a google review and she says go ahead and just hangs up. I want a refund of my money as promised at the time of signing up, I have only sent my papers and the company has not begun any process and I dont want to go ahead with any process with this company. I will keep everyone posted if the company is genuine in refunding the money back. If they dont, please do not sign up with this company. We all nee to come together and make sure we get justice.
