Oceans Outsourcing — Fraud and not providing refund

Greetings!
I had applied for canada work permit process through Ocean Outsourcing company since December 2019, i can understand the delay in processing due to pandemic but there was no concrete response provided by my contacts or my Case officer for my progress, hence loosing my faith in the process i had asked for the refund of my service charges that i had paid to Ocean Outsourcing Solutions. I got a confirmation email that it will be processed dated 6th August 2020. And not surprising that the contact numbers provided do not exist and un answered calls led me to complaint on this portal.

If this is the treatment that the consultancy firm provides then please declare this firm as a fraudulent so that no further applicants fall prey to them.

Also requesting if you can help me with getting my refund.
