[Resolved] OCTA — Demo contest

I opened a demo trading account just for the purpose of participating in the contest, but I missed the starting date :( I decided to wait for the next contest coming up on 18 November, but in the meantime, they disabled my account. Do I need to create a new account? Will I be allowed to create another account? I don’t understand why my account got disabled. I have even used it… Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Oct 31, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved sry… guys… It turned out it was my problem since I have not read all the terms and conditions of demo contests properly. I got it but to be honest I didn't think that I should create a new trading account each time when I’m going to participate in demo contests. It is something new for me. xD
