I opened a demo trading account just for the purpose of participating in the contest, but I missed the starting date :(

Im trying to come back to
I’m trying to come back to demo contests but something is happening wrong. I mean I already participated in one of the previous demo contests but now I can’t register again. Even though I have passed a full verification of my trading account and submitted all my documents. It’s quite strange that everything was fine before but now it doesn’t work. Could someone explain what’s wrong here or I guess this is the problem of octa broker?

I have a small concern with the operation of the platform
I trade with Octa sometimes and it is good mostly, but there is a problem – sometimes it takes a bit of time for trades to be executed. The problem is not very significant but sometimes can be a little confusing if there is a need to perform particular operations. All in all the platform is rather good when it comes to the features offered and although the customer service is rather polite and somewhat fast, it would be nice if the order would be executed without any hitches. Octa could use this minor change to improve the trading experience.

Complaint marked as Resolved We know how frustrating it can be when trades don’t execute instantly, especially when you have a specific strategy in mind. But honestly, execution times can vary due to a lot of market factors outside of Octa's control, like liquidity, volatility, and network delays contrary to my complaints of the platform being a scam. Sometimes even internet speed on our end can play a role. For me, I’ve found it helpful to adjust my approach slightly when I know the market might be busier or more volatile, and that way, it’s a smoother experience overall. Octa has a pretty solid platform, and as long as I work around some of these small delays, it really does perform well.
