Sir octafx transfer my money in wrong account. Withdraw no W2116730. Date 02 Feb 21.which acc trf my money not available in SBI Bank of India. two times confirmation given to financial department. But abhi tak koi mail ya information given me . When when we chat customer care tell me waiting for bounce back.sir if accts no not in any SBI Bank how funds transfer.
