Honestly, I feel like identity verification is kinda over the top and totally unnecessary for something as simple as withdrawing my own money. I just wanna get my cash without having to jump through a bunch of hoops. I get that there’s security stuff in place, but this is just way too much. It feels like I’m being blocked from my own funds. Please don’t make me deal with all these extra steps… it’s just making things way harder...

The trading platform is good and not gonna lie, it is the first time when i’m cooperating with a broker of the international level. I like how beautiful the platform is but i got some minor troubles.
I think they forgot to add other types of pending orders because all I can see is the price market order, i remember when i was learning about trading, there were orders like buy limit, sell limit and many others. I guess Octa doesn’t...

Guys, wanna share some experience of mine with this platform. In fact, it's satisfying, I easily registered on the platform, provided the team with all necessary documents to verify the identity and eventually got down to trading.
It's awesome that they have special demo competitions, it's a fresh concept, where you can trade on the demo while fight for REAL bucks.
I rly wanted to take part in them, even though I can't call...

What's hard for me to really understand is the actual differences between those three offered platforms. For instance, it states that Octatrader platform has something callsed Space, which will give insights or trading ideas to traders, and they aree good for learning and growth. But what if I still want to stick to my MT4 and also get some insights to improve, would I need to switch to another platform... I just dont feel like getting used...

I am dissatisfied with OctaFX's service. Withdrawal processing delays, inadequate customer support, and platform glitches hinder efficient trading. Urgent action is needed to improve service quality. Timely resolution is expected to maintain patronage. Thank you for addressing these concerns promptly....

I started using OctaFx 2 months ago. I really got disappointed with the customer support team of it. They don't reply timely. My funds are stuck now how can I get them into my account. Let me know....

My account balance was 4491$My loss was 4470$ and locked the account GBP USD price remain between 1.2455 to 1.2444 for at least three to four hour my account remain safe and okay at time of closing of market 23:59 my all lots automatically closed and account washed
Please correct your mistake in system and refund same amount in my account with active my lots...

On 27 March at 09:11AM, I transferred INR 49500 from my Paytm to the phone pay number which is provided to me by the octafx deposit system.
After successfully fund transfer, funds not reflected in my trading account.
I complaint it to the octafx support mail and chat section too that I have this issue, but all of them saying same thing that we are doing our best since last 18 days. I already shared all payment proofs with them...

I made a deposit of 16000 INR on 10-March-2023 via UPI payment mode.
Till date the amount is not credited in my account.

I have contacted company chat agents multiple times in the last seven days. Each and every time they have the same reply " OUR FINANCE TEAM IS WORKING ON THE ISSUE. WE WILL UPDATE YOU VIA EMAIL ONCE WE HAVE AN UPDATE".

I've contacted their customer support through emails multiple times but each and every time their reply also is the same.

On seeing this i'm doubting about the legitimacy of the company.

When can i get my money back.

On 8/03/2023 my money has been debited from my account to get deposit on my octafx account which was not reflected. I have been chatting with this guys which are not providing any solution to it just giving me assurance. They are openly looting people.
I have provided all the proof needed but they are least concern about my money

Until now, the deposit has not been made. I think the OctaFX team is scamming me. I have contacted their customer representatives and support more than 20 times

Sir, I have raised a withdrawal request of 1000$ on 19th July 2022. Same day there was deducted 1000$ from my trading account, but this amount is not credited yet (till date 27.07.2022 in my bank account . octafx couldn't explain anything about the withdrawal, they are saying every day " wait for some time" please take some necessary actions.

I have made two consecutive deposits of 1553 and 1555 INR respectively on 8 and 10 jun. Money has been debited from my account but yet to reflect in my octafx account.

Octafx agent is saying o[censored]PI issues, however the payment gateway confirmed about the successful transaction to octafx.

I done a transction on 27th May and by mistake i submited wrong account number and i said to cancel my order and they said they will cancel and it will be done in 2 days and i said ok and i again'messeged after 2 days and they said at end of day the amount is reflected and again messeged another day they Said they forwarded to financial team every time I'm messaging they simply saying that they forwarded to financial team and I'm not getting any response from them now it was 12 days 6/6/2022 and the poblem was not solved . They simply keeping my money ideal they looting my money this is the worst servive from octafx

Withdraw is still pending in my account, but the withdrawal amount is just gone from my account and I didn't receive that in my bank account, so please tell me where my money is.

I was doing trading on octafx mobile app and regularly withdra and deposit my funds as per my needs. On 10th May I had made 3 withdrawl requests of $100 each but I don't know how all the transactions were cancelled by the company. I later contacted the octafx through there live chat option and out of three withdrawls requests two were processed and the funds were transferred to my account but the third one of $100 is still pending from 10th May. I am frequently asking the company to provide me the reason behind delay but they are not providing me any updated information. All they say is that they are looking into this matter and asking me to wait. I want to file a case against the company with a compensation of atleast 25 times the said amount for mental harrasment which I am going through these days

Iam facing withdrawal issues from last 5days. Whenever I try contact customer support or via email I always get one answer sorry for inconvenience. Is this you treat your clients. I need my money urgently

I am doing online cryptocurrency trading in octafx platform. I deposited money on 9th February which was not credited in my trading account. So I contacted them since then but they didn't reverted my money back

Transaction failed while transferring funds to octafx on 31st Dec'21 but amount got debited from my bank account. I have been in touch with their customer care also had shared my bank statement but as of today 05-Jan-2022 still haven't received my refund. I am completely frustrated and disappointed as didn't expect this during my initial start with Octafx !!!

On live chat they just say sorry request is still processing.
This is simply unethical if don't have any timeline for considering a transaction to be processed or failed
Then they are simply fooling innocent people.

Indian government says trading online forex isn't legal apart from other currencies paired with INR. But this broker offers trading to all the currency pairs apart from INR. I've also read that if you trade with other currency pairs you're voilating Indian law and you can be punished for it. So why is this app/broker still legal. When I contact their support they say they have many Indian customers who are able to withdraw without issues and never answer my question about legality. Please look into this as they are making Indian citizens voilate the law.

I have transferred some funds to OctaFX, and that amount got debited from my bank account, I received the confirmation and even ny bank statement showing that they have transferred the funds to some STARPAY, This happened on 9th Nov. 1.00 am.

But to my surprise my Octafx wallet showing 0 balance, then my struggle begin with this trader. I have been using edelwiess / profitmart since many years but never faced such an issue,

So its been 6 days, and I am just typing mails and trying to reach-out to them so that I can get my refund. But to my surprise they do not have proper any customer care, just a live chat option which says everytime that we will send your query to financial team, and then close. Where is the financial team nobody nows, and they also do not revert on Mails which you send through their site.

My experience with OCTAFX is no less then mental trauma & horror how they can handle financial transactions when they do not have a mature system, and to my surprise they have assigned a startup called STARPAY to process their payments. Imagine million of transactions happening on system which is not even tested for such a scale.

Please let me know how can I fine a formal complaint with RBI, or financial watchdogs of the country so that people can be saved from these people. And strictly avoid this platform for any type of trading. I could have been doing much of the productive work but since last 6 days just running behind these people to get my money back.

P.S
I have already shared bank statement, transition detail, screenshots everything but still no resolution. Will update as we go, its been 6 days let see how many days they waste out of our precious life.

1. Deposits are allowed without verification not withdrawal
2. You can't withdraw all your money only a portion. There is fix money you can't take it back.
3. You cant find closed trading account information in app. There is whole lot of steps you need to follow and that would be portal based. You can't find that in app.

On Friday I opened trading account 50 dollar by just giving email id phone number and it allowed...

Deposited 2500 on June 2 2021, but it's failed. But amount debited.unable to view status in my account. Customer care replies as transaction failed we try to add in octafx or we will refund. But still today 7/6/2021 amount not refunded or credited to octafx account. Worst customer support.
