Extremely disappointing service from Odette! I ordered a green lehenge worth 4000 rupees and I have been delivered a yellow kurta of horrible material. They are not taking any responsibility of it and neither are they initiating a refund. On the contrary they are blaming me for this incident. Very infuriating situation with bad customer care.
