Extremely disappointing service from Odette! I ordered a green lehenge worth 4000 rupees and I have been delivered a yellow kurta of horrible material. They are not taking any responsibility of it and neither are they initiating a refund. On the contrary they are blaming me for this incident. Very infuriating situation with bad customer care....

I bought a product from odette but received a damaged one. there has been no response to my queries the company also presented false pictures of the product. They are also not providing refund....

I ordered a necklace last week and I was told I would receive updates through WhatsApp. Nothing has happened. I wrote to them. Received an automated message from them saying I would receive a response within 24-48 hours. No response. Wrote an email to their support team. No response. Ridiculous. Please let me know if this is a fake site and my money is gone....

I had ordered one lehenga on 28th Dec . When I wanted to know the order status, no one picks the call. The call is never answered. Been trying to reach on WhatsApp too. But no one responded ever. Believe it is fake.kindly refund my money back ....
