Odexpay — took money and there is no reply to upgrade account

I signed up for odexpay as it statef Indians no.1 online survey site... i took 7 surveys free of charge and it then asked to pay 499 to upgrade the account via paytm.. i have paid the amount on thr number provided 4 days ago and there is no upgrade or response... i need my hard earned money back... please help...
