I was filling the form of industry promotion officer(ipo) under ossc.i was asked to pay Rs. 200/- at the time of form fillup.i have paid the money but after paying the status in the application is showing payment not done.i have paid second time and it was done successfully.but the money deducted at the first attempt was still not returned.money was deducted on 14.08.2020 through sbimops.i request you to please refund my money back.and i have tried to contact the office but they have not received any phone calls.
