I had applied a online application for Ayush Asst with the online fee of 100 but unfortunately althouth this is a successful transaction(after interaction with bank executives), the portal shows me it is failure, So I initiated a second trasaction, and after that the transaction was complete.So in this way I paid two times for a single online application mean 200 rs.The application fee is Rs 100 only.The bank executive told me you can talk with your merchant.But They cannot receive the call and thencalso I want to try by Email.They cannot replied as well as I cannot touch with them.So I write to you for this.There are my all transaction details from which you can understand the issue clearly.
1st transaction details-Dt.06.04.2019Ref No.[protected], Transaction no.-CPQ9883005, 2nd transaction details-Dt.06.04.2019Ref No.[protected], transation no.CPR0111799, If both r successful transaction, then refund me 100 as the application fee is only 100.This is your fault to show us that is failure instead of successful transaction.Pls take action as fast as possble.
