Ogeneral — Charge for gas refilling under warranty

I bought o general ac q model : ASGG24CPTA ON 29-MAR- 2021 at Vijay Sales in Hyderqbad invoice number TKO-A-SIF1303, and the ac is not performing to its best, when i called the customer service they sent the technician, and after troubleshooting technician says the gas is not sufficient, and I need to pay the refilling charges rs: 2000 INR.
