Complaint regarding faulty Air conditioner by Orgernal

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the air conditioner I purchased from your esteemed company OGeneral. I purchased the air conditioner in March 2022, and within a year, all the coils have leaked, and there is no cooling. It has been causing us tremendous discomfort, particularly since we are a big family and also run a toy, Hospital Trading, Export Import and builder business across India.
We have always been loyal customers of OGeneral and trust their brand products. However, with this faulty purchase, our belief and trust have been severely damaged. In Our business offices we have multiple OGeneral brand air conditioners, but we are now skeptical about its quality and reliability.
We contacted the customer service team to complain, and they did not take appropriate action. Further, we were charged Rs. 1100 for visiting services, which was a disappointing experience.

Bahut dikt kr rhe h company ki taraf se bahut dikt ho ri h AC perfect sahi krke hi ni de rhe 1 year se jada hogya h AC khrab hue
May 2020 me maine AC leya tha
May 20 to october 20 is beech me 4 to 5 tymes water leakage problem chlti rahi

I bought this ogeneral ac (ASGG24CPTA) ON 29-MAR-2021 from vijaya sales invoice (TAKO-A-SIF1303) and its not working properly, when i called customer service they sent technician and after troubleshooting found that there is insufficient gas, and i need to pay rs 2000 for refilling and it is still under warranty, i mean whats the point buying a costly and reliable ac.
I have an LG ac which is better than this one

I bought o general ac q model : ASGG24CPTA ON 29-MAR- 2021 at Vijay Sales in Hyderqbad invoice number TKO-A-SIF1303, and the ac is not performing to its best, when i called the customer service they sent the technician, and after troubleshooting technician says the gas is not sufficient, and I need to pay the refilling charges rs: 2000 INR....

Air Conditioner
We have purchased Ogeneral AC recently, from very first day we are having issues with AC as there are more amount of water splitting out and even we had water flowing out sometimes and no cooling effect also, we have raised customer complaints for about 5 times through customer care and also through dealer but they send some executives to check this issue and found that this is a manufacturing defect and asking us to change different parts inside AC .
The Dealer is talking to us ruthlessly as we did not agree to change parts inside the AC, Since it is manufacturing defect we need replacement of new AC or refund .

Yesterday, I have lodged the complaint of O'Geberal one-ton AC at Deen Dayal Nagar Gwalior with your call center.
The call center representative told that our executive will contact with you soon. After some time a call has done from mobile number [protected] Mr.Sharma, I asked about setvice charges, Mr sharma told Rs.300/-but will take 200/-from you, yesterday, I have told him It is higher side, fuse had been gone, today Mr.Sharma again call and told me that He is coming because some other work are being due at dd nagar gwalior, he asked my address and about the problem of AC, after an hour he attended complaint and said that capiciter is not working, I have told them about fully check the Ac, he again told capiciter not working and the cost of the same will be 1050/-, I have told them you are service provider but you have no parts, he said if you order than I will take it from service centre/market and installed it and again said that Minimum cost will be 900/-for you, if you are interested than order me and demanded service charges from me in advance without providing complete service, I told them after fiting of parts I will pay your service charges.I have searched the same Parts on google which was Rs 350/-after that I have said him that my son is at the site of service centre Gwalior and I will bring the said part or order you on telephone and than paid him partial service chsrges Rs.100/- and told that rest amount will be paid after fitting of part, he assure that he will provide service without any question.I again call- call centre and told them you have send the representative without any parts while it is very reputate company, your call centre replies that they not know the cost of part and service provider was private.on this I have objected, he cut the phone, after 3 minutes I have again received a call from mobile number[protected]-Mr.Manpreet from setvice centre of O general, I confirm it that he is talking from Gwalior, Mr manpreet confirm that he is talking from city centre Gwalior, I have discussed all thing as above and asked him about the cost of above capiciter, Mr.Manpreet told it will be Rs.300/-, I again confirm about cost and advise him to handed over that part after the payment of Rs300/- with bill to my son, who is nearby your centre, I will call your machanic who is still in near by my location as your machanic told me, Mr.manpreet told that he will supply after confirming his machanic, after some time Mr.Manpreet called me on mobile and adamand that he will supply the part after condition that his machanic will installed that part, I again confirm him that my AC is still open and will installed by your machanic, but he complaint that you have paid only Rs.100/-So He will not give the part to your son and will give the part to their machanic only and cut the phone, I again call Mr.Manpreet than he replied that he is speeking from Jaipur not Gwalior and tried to contact to Gwalior but failed.I agsin said them first you confirm from Gwalior snd now you are speeking from Jaipur.
1-It was the surprised that your reputated company are having such type of machanic who has Unable to provide services at same time, first they check, than demand more than 3 times rate from actual rate of the part.
2-your service centre give fals information first told calling from Gwalior, next time calling from Jaipur, you better know from where they were calling.First he told the cost of part is 300/-but will not deliver and if you will pay Rs.800/-including service charges than it will be provide.even after the product of your company is using, but part can not be supply.
3-On this ground your company is totally failer to provide the services when it has required.
4-who will pay Rs.1050/-+service charges without providing services in advance to unknown person.
During this appisode your service centre as well as your machanic gives more mental tension and also mischief to your customer by both machanic and by service centre.
5-your machamic after assurance to provide compelete services left AC in Open condition which is still open and after a hour your machanic has denied to provide services and misbehaved even after taking 100/-in advance without provided services.
6-Thus it is your complete responsibility to provide services without delay or within 12 hours as on today otherwise your company will be responsible to any damage /loss/mental tension occured due to failer of services.

split ac water dripping problem

This is regarding the complaint of water dripping from our o general ac. We decided to get the issue fixed by an authorized team for the product and called upcthe authorised service centre no. A complaint no. Del[protected] was given to us. A technician attended to mend the ac which was left dripping again and he said that this water is the accumulated water which will stop roughly after 48 hours. And in case it is still dripping a technician will attend to the complaint at no extra charges within a period of 1 month. Hence we called up again.. The service centre officials talk very politely and convey they will send the technician. This calling up has been there for 4 times with no technician attending to this complaint. This is a total fraud and making fool out of people. We have lost faith in this so called authorized centre services. Some senior and sincere authority should look into this as this is bringing a very bad name to the entire authority.

PURCHASED AC 02.05.2017 . My ac was not working in march (within warranty period ) and i registered a complain in o general helpline .there enginer visited my site and stated kit needs to be replaced as gas has been leaked out . i asked to change the unit as ac gas has been licked which happened due to there incorrect installation .they didnt replaced the same and assured that this wont happen in future .Same problem persist several times after and now the warranty has expired and company is not ready to hear any thing and rude on its behaviour

window ac not working

While starting the ac the cooling is perfect however after some time once the room temp is at per compresor got cutt off. The issue is once the compresor got cutt off it is not starting back as normal. The machin need to be switched off and switched on againg to get the cooling. The problem is happening for last 2 days. Also while the compresor is not working a pungent smell os comming out of the ac
