My name is Latesh Chopda, From Mumbai

I had purchased praise pro electric bike of Okinawascooters from a dealer in Thane in Jan-2022.

The company gives a warranty of 3 years on Battery & controller of the bike.

This year on 26-Jan-2023 suddenly the battery of my bike stoped working.

I reported the incident to the dealer the very next day and sent the battery to him.

After his initial investigation he could not figure out the issue in the battery and sent the battery for replacement under warranty on 05-Feb-2023.

The company claims that the battery replacement process takes around 45 days.

As now its almost 2 months but despite of repeated follow-ups with customer care of okinawa they have still not provided me the battery nor giving proper response on the delivery of my bike's battery.
