My name is Latesh Chopda, From Mumbai

I had purchased praise pro electric bike of Okinawascooters from a dealer in Thane in Jan-2022.

The company gives a warranty of 3 years on Battery & controller of the bike.

This year on 26-Jan-2023 suddenly the battery of my bike stoped working.

I reported the incident to the dealer the very next day and sent the battery...

I purchased okinawa electric prase scooter from dealer (Eco wheels enterprises) after that i inform dealer there is color patch dealer inform me he will replace complete part it's bing 6 to 7 month every time they inform we already place order and send email to okinawa company but there is no response
And after servicing motor is not working properly there is some noise gain i inform to dealer and company they inform to change motor...
