Oklute — Kindly block my number and delete the fake ad from oklute site

Somebody using my phone number and my photo some dirty purposes and asking money to remove my number from advertisement. My number is [protected] . Kindly look into the matter because i am tired from receiving unwanted call. I am requesting you to please block my number and delete the ad from site and take strict action like these matters. Make a system so that nobody can not use anyone number without OTP.
