Refund of money

I have searched for escort service on google in karimnagar area
I found oklute.com for service they said 3 thousand that I have paid online after that they sent the adress hotel swetha I came n called them they said you have to pay caution deposit from both sides of rs 9500×2 which will be refunded after service
after paying they said you are not from local so for that you have to pay 17500×2 which is refundable within 30sec...
