I am from Gulbarga, Karnataka and studying in Gulbarga university M.com and today I have searched in your website, just I have chat in WhatsApp and as per their formalities, I have paid ₹.500/, and then they have shared location, in that location no one is there, then called back they have informed me to send ₹.9800/, and I have sent that much, then also again they have said me for bleeding security you have to pay ₹.7700/...

I have found a service provider from your website we both agreed on an amount of 300rs i have payed my fees now they are saying they will need a aditional 1250rs when I am telling to refund my 300rs they are not refunding please do something for my situation otherwise i will have to file a complaint against your website

Sir my complaint is that when i book servive they didn't tell me that i have to buy securities for ma'me and me also id verification, police investigation charge.

I told them for refund...they answered me that you have to complete all process for refund it means if i want refund i need to pay... If i pay then they refund me.

Seriously...?

They took 20+ thousand from me...

First call though WhatsApp told that everything under procedure, completed you process and get return total money, .but when I completed full money.he decline for return.
